Hi all,
since a couple of days there is a lot of activity on the german coastguard channels using USB/ALE.
Here is a short abstract:
German coastguard (Kuestenwache) is a combination of the federal police for sea (Bundespolizei See) under the ministry of interior, the german customs service (Zoll) under the ministry of finance and the water protection police (Wasserschutzpolizei) of the state of Lower Saxony (Niedersachsen).
The operations headquarters are at Cuxhaven were the river Elbe goes into the Northsea in Neustadt/Holstein at the Baltic Sea shoreline for Bundespolizei and in Oldenburg.
