Kann nur bestätigen das es von gmx zu t-mail am besten funktioniert.
Hier ein Auszug aus der Anleitung Clemail mit den wichtigsten Einstellungen:

Specify the sender's e-mail address. SENDERADRESSE

-to
Specify the receiver's e-mail address. EMPFÄNGERADRESSE

-fromname
Specify the sender's real name. EGAL KURZER NAME ODER BUCHSTABE

-subject
Set the subject line. BETREFFZEILE DER MAIL (SMS NACHRICHT) ALS TEXT

-subjectfile
Read the subject line from disk. BETREFFZEILE DER MAIL (SMS NACHRICHT) ALS DATEI

-body
Set the body of the email. TEXT DER MAIL, BRAUCHEN WIR ABER NICHT DA SIE ALS SMS NICHT WEITERGELEITET WIRD, ALS "NO"

-smtpserver
Specify the SMTP server. SENDER

-popserver
Specify the POP server. SENDER

-popuser
Specify the username at the POP server. BENUTZER MAIL ZUGANG
