Limit kommt nicht von BosMon sondern von NMA, siehe NMA Webseite, http://www.notifymyandroid.com/faq.jsp :

Is there a rate limit for using the public API?

Yes. Right now the limit is set to 800 API calls per hour from a given IP....
Also 800 Nachrichten pro Stunde.
