WinMDCD decodes single-packet op/arg combinations. Descriptions for known pairs have been included. Double-packets are not yet supported.

The WinMDCD interface is designed for simplicity. Simply run the application, plug the sound card microphone input to a scanner or two-way radio, and decode! To log the data, click "Log" and specify a filename. To enable or disable scrolling of the log (downwards), check or uncheck the box labeled 'Log'. For a new log file, click New. To clear the log screen, click 'Clear'. This does _NOT_ empty or delete anything from the log file.

This application saves setting on exit. The status of the log and scrolling variables are saved to the registry.

NOTE: Data acquired BEFORE "Log" is set is _NOT_ saved to the log.

If you are having problems decoding, try increasing or decreasing the scanner/radio output volume and/or the microphone volume in Volume Control.
